Dear Parents,

Thank you for helping your K-4 students pick out items to share with the “Cc” theme for Show ‘n’ Tell. ***This week’s theme will be the "Dd" sound as in dog. Your child will need to bring an item that starts with or has Dd as in dog sound. Examples: dog, duck, door, dessert. Please help your child pick an item that starts with Dd that fits inside their backpack!

Our number of the week is 14!

Christmas break is coming! Our last day this month is Friday. It will be a 1/2 day and that's when we will have our party! I would love to have a room mom/parents organize the goodies. I have movies we can watch and I will be doing a Christmas Bible Story and songs. Let me know if you would like to help.

Dear Parents,

Thank you for helping your K-4 students pick out items to share with the “Ss” theme for Show ‘n’ Tell. ***This week’s theme will be the Cc sound as in cat. Your child will need to bring an item that starts with or has Cc as in cat sound. Please make sure you help them choose an item that starts with the Cc as in cat sound. Please make sure your child chooses an item that begins with the HARD “Cc” like cat not “ch” or “s”. Examples: cat, cap, candy cane, comb. Our number of the week is 13! J Thank you so much!

Be sure to practice letters and sounds with the flashcards I sent home in the baggy. J Every week, they will receive a new card to add to the bag and practice with you.

Don’t forget to look through the Scholastic Book Orders we sent home this week. There are lots of good deals on some great books. Putting in your order online is the best deal, because we will get free books, but you can still send orders “the old fashioned way” with order forms and checks to scholastic. If you want some books and want them to be a secret from your child for a Christmas present, please let me or Mrs. Ricard know and I can put the order in a paper bag before we distribute it.
